30-Day Return Period
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
